He wasn't a custom one.  I just looked through what she had available and bought one I liked, and he was here the next week!  He was packed really carefully, wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, and he came without a single nick on him.  He's shipped by Parcel Post (faster shipping is more expensive after all), but he got here in 3 days anyway, so that was cool!
